Controlriv Gen3 is a system for monitoring the assembly process of blind rivets, rivet nuts, and lockbolts. It is an essential tool for quality process monitoring, as it provides key information about proper fastening and records detailed data in a log file.
Controlriv Gen3 can be offered as a standalone device or as part of a network of devices that communicate and exchange data with each other, as well as with a supervising and managing PLC controller or computer. Information and process results can be transmitted and exchanged via relay outputs or communication buses such as Profinet.
